At Carmel Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the carpet and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate a professional courier to collect the item from your home at a scheduled time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once the rug arrives at our facility and passes quality inspection, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7 business days.
